How the subscription works

When you subscribe to The Layering Duo, you receive a new box at the frequency of the box you chose: every month, every 2 months or every 3 months. Your first subscription order includes a free travel spray. Shipping follows our Shipping Policy (in the United States: $4.90 per order under $90, free from $90).

Billing

You're charged at checkout for your first box, then automatically on each renewal date, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can see your next billing date anytime in your account.

Skip, change or cancel anytime

There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. From your account, you can skip a box, change your scent or cancel, as long as you do it before your next billing date. Cancelling stops all future renewals; boxes already charged are shipped as normal.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we'll tell you by email before the new price applies, so you can skip or cancel.

Renewal reminders

We email you 3 days before each renewal, with your next billing date, the amount and a link to skip or cancel.

Refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first order. If a renewal was charged but hasn't shipped yet, write to us and we'll cancel it and refund you. Shipped renewals can't be refunded, unless they arrive damaged or aren't what you ordered. See our Refund policy.
