30-day money-back guarantee

Your first EMANE order is covered. If you're not happy with it, contact us at support@emane.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund you. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order.

How refunds work

Once your request is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Subscription renewals

You can skip, change your scent or cancel anytime from your account, before your next billing date. We email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal.

If a renewal was charged but hasn't shipped yet, write to us and we'll cancel it and refund you. Once a renewal has shipped, it can't be refunded, unless it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered (see above). See our Subscription policy for details.
